Maintenance team leader / Property manager

Requirements:

• Technically educated
• Experience in real estate maintenance
• Ability to solve technical problems (water and sewage, air conditioning, heating, electricity, general construction, minor renovations and repairs)
• Ability to read technical documentation (drawings, diagrams, instructions)
• Knowledge of computer and MS Office.
• Commitment to the assigned work
• Electrical, energy and gas certificates of qualifications or willingness to undergo training are welcome
• Ability to work in a team
• Category B driving license preferred, ability to work at a height above 3m

Tasks:

• Ensuring the efficiency of building installations and its surroundings
• Ongoing maintenance and technical maintenance of facilities
• Performing operational inspections and repairs of devices and installations: electrical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, water and sewage
• Search for external companies to perform repairs, analysis of their offers
• Performing minor general construction repairs
• Supervision of current reports regarding buildings (removing faults and failures)
• Maintaining the continuity of operation of devices and installations
• BMS (Building Management System) operation
• Supervision of inspection and technical documentation
• Managing the work of the team and cooperation with the sales department and the investment department
