As our customer, you do not have to waste valuable time waiting for a courier. We can collect small parcels for you. We will notify you when a parcel arrives and store it in a safe place. You will be able to collect it at a time which suits you. We can also take care of your parcels which are ready for courier collection.
Collection and shipment of palletised deliveries
Do you receive large deliveries? Are your goods delivered on pallets? Even large parcels can be looked after too. Please ask for details and we will tell you where to leave your deliveries and the terms for using this additional service.
Waste disposal
Rubbish – boxes, packaging, pallets, etc. – requiring disposal during moving in or out, or during your stay at Less Mess – can be thrown away for a fee. The fee depends on the type of items you plan to throw away. Please discuss with us before you use this service, and we will provide you with the price.
Secure document destruction
Do you have documents requiring secure disposal? You can use our certified secure document and data destruction service.

Rental of a parking space
As a Less Mess Storage customer, you can rent a parking space for your car, camper van or truck.
This service is not available at these Warsaw branches: Siekierkowska, Krakowska and Torunska.
Boxes, packaging materials and locks
At each branch you can buy everything you need to help with your move in and storage at Less Mess: boxes, padlocks, packaging materials and related accessories.
You can also buy online and have delivered anywhere in Poland or the Czech Republic.
Rental or purchase of storage racking
In our reception, during opening hours, you can rent or buy a storage rack. These are popular among our customers for helping organise belongings in storage.
Storage rack assembly
If you do not have time to assemble the storage rack, you can ask us to assemble it for you. The rack will be waiting for you at the agreed place.
