Requirements:

• Secondary technical education
• Experience in property maintenance
• Ability to solve technical problems (plumbing, air conditioning, heating, electrical, general construction, minor repairs and renovations)
• Ability to read technical documentation (drawings, diagrams, manuals)
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office
• Commitment to assigned work
• Electrical, energy, and gas certifications are preferred or willingness to undergo training and pass exams
• Ability to work in a team
• Driving licence category B is an advantage
• Ability to work at heights above 3 metres

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the efficient operation of building installations and their surroundings
• Ongoing maintenance and technical upkeep of facilities
• Performing operational inspections and repairs of devices and installations: electrical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing
• Carrying out minor general construction repairs
• Responding to daily technical maintenance requests (fault and breakdown removal)
• Maintaining continuous operation of devices and installations
• Operating the Building Management System (BMS)
