Job responsibilities:
- Customer service and contract signing
- Personal and telephone contact with customers
- Administrative support for reception
- Sale of packaging materials
- Reporting activities to headquarters
- Ensuring branch operations and meeting targets
- Supervising compliance with customer service standards
Requirements:
- Secondary education
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented approach
- Professionalism, reliability, and loyalty
- Presentable appearance
- Willingness to learn
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office)
- Advanced knowledge of Czech and Polish
- Communicative level of English
