I was using their service in a few locations in Poland and my experience was absolutely 10/10. The only downside I can find is that the office works only from Mon to Fri, so you can't sign the papers, but if I'm not mistaken this could be arranged too and you can sign the papers on Sat. We dealt with Nicole when deciding to rent a storage unit, and despite language challenges everything went very smoothly and her and her colleague are delightful, always welcoming with the offer of a drink and very helpful. They are a credit to the Company. The unit is well located for easy access, clean and secure and the procedure for entry after business hours works very well.
