Junior Marketing Specialist
Location: Warsaw, Włochy district – office-based role
Would you like to grow in marketing and work on a variety of projects, from content and campaigns to online publications and events?
We are looking for someone to support the Less Mess Storage marketing department in its day-to-day activities. This role is suited to someone who is well organised, detail-oriented and communicative, with some initial experience in office, administrative or marketing work, and who would like to gain practical knowledge in marketing, content and brand communication.
Responsibilities
- supporting the marketing department with ongoing projects and campaigns,
- researching information, comparing offers and preparing summaries,
- preparing, editing and updating marketing content,
- publishing content on the website and selected brand channels,
- assisting with the organisation of campaigns, promotional activities and events,
- liaising with suppliers, partners and subcontractors,
- taking part in creating content for social media,
- ensuring the accuracy, consistency and timely delivery of marketing materials.
Requirements
- at least one year of experience in an office, administrative, marketing or similar role,
- very good organisational skills and attention to detail,
- ability to work with text and an excellent command of Polish,
- communicative level of English,
- confidence in researching information and preparing summaries,
- knowledge of Microsoft Office,
- willingness to learn and develop in marketing,
- independence, responsibility and good communication skills.
