Less Mess opens DriveUp City in Wrocław

Over 3,700 m² of new storage space

A new complex of self storage units has opened in Wrocław. Less Mess Storage has launched DriveUp City at 19 Pełczyńska Street, comprising 210 individual storage units, each measuring 18 m². This is the company's second development of its kind in Poland. Its key distinguishing feature is the ability to drive directly up to the entrance of the rented unit.

New storage space for residents and businesses

DriveUp City responds to the growing demand for additional storage space, particularly in large cities. The new complex consists of four buildings offering a total storage area of over 3,700 m². They house 210 individual storage units, accessible via internal roads.

The complex has been designed with customer convenience in mind. Customers can drive directly up to the entrance of their storage unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload furniture, equipment and larger items. There is no need to use lifts, navigate corridors or carry belongings over long distances.

Each unit is equipped with a roller shutter door and interior lighting, while premium units also feature electrical sockets. The buildings' steel structures and insulated roofs form part of the infrastructure specifically designed for storage purposes.

From household furniture to business storage

The new self storage concept is designed for both private customers and businesses. Residents of Wrocław can use the additional space when moving house, renovating or storing furniture, bicycles, sports equipment and seasonal belongings.

DriveUp City also offers a practical solution for local businesses, particularly those operating in construction, renovation, installation services and e-commerce. The units can be used to store tools, materials, equipment and stock. Direct vehicle access makes day-to-day operations and logistics more efficient.

24/7 access and security

DriveUp City storage units are accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The complex is equipped with CCTV surveillance and an access control system.

The new development is located within the existing Less Mess Storage facility at 19 Pełczyńska Street. Access to the new section is via the existing entrance gate, and customers can also use the reception in the main building.

Less Mess expands its DriveUp City concept in Poland

The Wrocław development is the second DriveUp City complex in Poland, following the launch of the concept at 515 Ostrowska Street in Poznań.

The expansion marks another stage in the growth of Less Mess Storage, a network of modern self storage facilities operating in Warsaw, Kraków, Poznań, Wrocław, the Tri-City area and Prague.
