It is now official: Less Mess Opacz is open. Less Mess Storage has launched a new branch in Opacz-Kolonia at 87 Słowikowskiego Street. This is the 7th location in the Warsaw metropolitan area and another step in the development of the brand’s network of modern self storage facilities.
Official opening
During the official opening, guests had the opportunity to see the new building, visit the storage areas and discover how self storage works in one of the most dynamically developing parts of the Warsaw metropolitan area.
Location
The new branch is located right by the S2 route, in a convenient location for residents of Opacz-Kolonia, Raszyn, Michałowice, Ursus, Włochy, Okęcie, Pruszków, Piastów and south-west Warsaw. Thanks to its position by an important transport junction, it is easy to reach both from Warsaw and from nearby towns.
A few details about the branch
The building follows the recognisable Less Mess style, with a modern form and the distinctive red window that makes the brand’s facilities stand out. Once fully completed, it will offer more than 1,300 storage units of various sizes, including drive-up units, which allow customers to drive directly up to their rented space.
Less Mess Opacz offers over 7,000 sq m of rentable space and has been designed with customer convenience and more responsible use of resources in mind. The facility includes eco-conscious solutions such as a photovoltaic installation, a ground heat exchanger and a rainwater retention system.
The new branch will be particularly useful for local residents during renovation, moving home, furnishing a flat, or clearing out a basement, garage or storage room. It is a convenient solution for anyone who needs space for seasonal items, sports equipment, furniture, documents or belongings that no longer fit at home.
Less Mess Opacz can also be used by local businesses, online shops, sales representatives and service providers who need additional storage space for stock, marketing materials, equipment, archives or seasonal supplies.
The new location combines easy access, a large-scale facility and flexible storage options. For residents of western and south-west Warsaw, it provides extra space close to home, available whenever they start running out of room.
