§1
General Provisions

1. The Trial Offer “Try it out for two months for half price” (hereinafter referred to as the Trial Offer) is organized by the company Less Mess Storage with its registered seat in Warsaw, Al. Krakowska 271, 02-133 Warsaw, NIP: 5252561597, REGON: 146823553 registered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the number: 0000472907 ; LMS Developments Sp. z o. o. with registered office in Warsaw, 02-133, Al. Krakowska 271, NIP: 527 271 76 77, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000472907 and Less Mess Storage s. r. o. with registered office at Argentinská 516/40 170 00 Praha 7, IČO: 26184168, DIČ: CZ26184168, hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”.
2. The Trial Offer is addressed to persons, leasing the premises covered by the Trial Offer at the Branch, who have not used Less Mess Storage in the last 30 days (hereinafter: Customer).

§2

Rules of the Trial Offer

1. The Trial Offer will be conducted via a website operating under the domains: lessmess.storage, lessmess.en, lessmess.cz and stationary at Less Mess Storage branches.
2. The Trial Offer will run from 23.05.2023 until the rooms included in the Trial Offer are sold out.
3. One customer can only rent one room under the Trial Offer by concluding an agreement for an indefinite period of time with a 30-day notice period.
4. The period of the Trial Offer is a maximum of two months from the date of signing the lease agreement and accepting the Terms and Conditions.
5. The price for leasing a room under the Trial Offer will be reduced by 50% compared to the regular price for the period covered by the Trial Offer.
6. The price of the Trial Offer will be calculated prior to payment, for the period covered by the Trial Offer, in accordance with the provisions of the Trial Offer Terms and Conditions.
7. The Trial Offer is open to any person who has the status of a new Customer, i.e. a Customer who has not used Less Mess Storage services for a minimum of 30 days.
8. The Trial Offer is not cumulative with any other activities applicable during the Trial Offer Period with the Organiser.
9. The Trial Offer is not exchangeable for cash or other equivalents.
10. Any additional charges, including insurance, are not submitted to the Trial Offer.
11. Minimal rental period of 2 months.

Complaints

1. All complaints and comments should be sent by e-mail to: sprzedaz@lessmess.storage
2. The complaint should contain your name and surname and the reason for the complaint. In the title of the message, please add a description (Introductory offer: half price for the first 2 months).
3. Complaints are processed within 30 days of their receipt.

§4
Final Provisions

1. In order for the Customer to participate in the Trial Offer, it is necessary to accept the rules contained in these Trial Offer Terms and Conditions.
2. The Organiser is responsible for the conduct of the Trial Offer and its proper conduct.
3. The Organiser shall not be responsible for any technical problems beyond its control which make the participation in the Trial Offer difficult or impossible.
4. The Organiser reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions in the event of:
   1. 1. circumstances of force majeure;
      2. when it is necessary for the lawful conduct of the Trial Offer, in particular in the event of changes to the applicable laws applicable to this Trial Offer;
      3. obvious mistakes and clerical errors;
      4. changes to the rules for the conduct of the Trial Offer, with the proviso that the change to the rules may not lead to a worsening of the legal situation of the Customer, in particular impairing the rights obtained by the Customers prior to the introduction of the changes to the rules of the Trial Offer.
5. The administrator of the Buyer’s personal data with regard to the conclusion of the sales contract for the products covered by this Trial Offer and the conduct of complaint proceedings concerning the premises of the Trial Offer is the Organiser. The rules of the Buyer’s privacy and the protection of his/her personal data are described in detail in the Organiser’s Privacy Policy, available at the website address: https://www.lessmess.storage/en/privacy-policy/. The information contained therein indicates what personally identifiable information of the Buyer the Organiser may collect, for what purposes and how such information may be used.
6. All other issues not regulated by these terms and conditions shall be dealt with in accordance with the applicable Polish/Czech law.
